
Cheese cake muffins with mandarins in air frying
1 small tangerine can (drained)
3 tablespoons of butter
200 g of cottage cheese (quark)
100 g of Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 over vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons of dust for pudding (vanilla or custard powder)
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
6 caramel cookies (or digestive type)
1️⃣ Cookie base
Crush the cookies until we get fine crumbs.
Derrit the butter and mix it with the crumbs.
Distribute the mixture between 6 silicone molds for muffins and press slightly to form the base.
2️⃣ Creamy filling
In a bowl mixes the cottage cheese, yogurt, sugar, vanilla sugar, pudding dust, salt and egg.
Remove until you get a soft and homogeneous mixture.
3️⃣ Mounting
Pour the mixture on the cookie base on each mold.
Place 1–2 tangerine segments on top, pressing gently.
4️⃣ Cooking in air frying
Preheat the fryer 150 ° C..
Bake the muffins during 20 minutes.
Let them cool completely before unmolding (they will be firmer when resting).
If you want a cooler touch, add mandarin zest to the cream.
You can crown them with a little mounted cream or albicoque jam to shine.
They are preserved in the fridge 2–3 days, ideals such as dessert or snack.
