Ingredients
2 kilos of chicken thighs with skin
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon yeast
1 teaspoon dried chilli
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon of basil
1 tablespoon of oregano
For the sauce:
3 large garlic
500 grams of cream
22 grams of olive oil
160 grams of grated Parmesan
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
52 grams of butter
Preparation
When you have gathered all the ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Add to the glass of the robot all the spices that are not for the sauce as well as the yeast. Program a
speed 7/5 seconds.
Then, in a bag for food use, add the chicken and then the contents of the glass. Close it, move it so that the chicken is well impregnated with the spices. Let it sit for about fifteen minutes.
Then put the chicken to cook on the barbecue or in a pan, as you like, until it is golden brown.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. To do this, add the garlic to the glass and program
