Ingredients
5 sprigs of fresh parsley
5 medium garlic
35 grams of olive oil
145 grams of water
Approximately a teaspoon and a half of salt
Ground black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon dehydrated yeast
Chopped mozzarella
25 grams of honey
25 grams of butter
105 grams of cheddar cheese chopped
355 grams of bread flour
85 grams of Parmesan cheese chopped
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Add the honey, yeast and water to the glass. Program a
speed 2 / 37º / 2 minutes.
Then add a teaspoon of salt, oil and flour. Program a
spike speed / 4 minutes.
Take the resulting dough out of the glass, shape it into a ball and reserve it on a plate covered with plastic wrap. Keep like this for an hour and a half.
Wash the glass of the robot and add the parsley, garlic, Parmesan and cheddar. Program a
speed 10/10 seconds.
Then, with a spatula, lower the remains that have remained on the walls of the glass, then add the mozzarella, pepper, half a teaspoon of salt and butter. Put the robot to work
speed 3/20 seconds.
Now, take the ball of dough and roll it out with a rolling pin. Make it rectangular in shape and put it on a baking tray, previously greased with oil. On this mass add the contents of the glass and spread it well.
Then, put the tray in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there for about 10 minutes at 230º.
