Ingredients
410 grams of sweet potato peeled and chopped
1 garlic
Salt to taste
110 grams of fresh spinach
210 grams of cooked white beans
110 grams of dried chickpeas
14 grams of soy sauce
35 grams of rolled oats
4 tablespoons of olive oil
35 grams of chives chopped
For the sauce:
255 grams of Greek yogurt
Salt and ground pepper to taste
13 grams of olive oil
24 grams of lemon juice
The leaves of two or three branches of fresh basil
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
For the sauce, add all its ingredients to the glass and program to
speed 4/20 seconds.
Reserve it.
Afterwards, wash the glass, dry it and add the chickpeas to it. Program a
speed 10/1 minute.
Lower the remains from the walls with a spatula and add the chives, garlic, sweet potato, beans, oatmeal, salt and soy sauce to the glass. Put the robot to work
speed 6/20 seconds.
Add the spinach and stir well.
Then, with the contents of the glass, shape hamburgers and brown them in a pan with oil.
