1000 grams of cold water
100 grams of sugar

8 strips of lemon peel

Preparation
It is extremely easy and fast to prepare this delicious Madrid Lemonade with thermomix, to start, wash and dry well all the lemons that you are going to use, as well as the apples, remove the seeds, leave the skin and cut them into cubes little ones. Reserve submerged in a bowl with water and a few drops of lemon to avoid oxidation. This step can be done minutes before serving the drinks.
Then, with a very fine and sharp knife, and with great care, peel off a very thin layer of a lemon, which does not touch the white part, to form the 8 strips of lemon peel with these.
Subsequently, pour 250 grams of white wine, 100 grams of water into the Thermomix bowl, together with the sugar, the cinnamon stick and the lemon peel strips, program.

Remove from the Thermomix bowl and pour into a 2.5 liter jug, let cool for at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
To continue, back into the Thermomix bowl add two whole lemons with skin and the remaining water, program.
