To begin the elaboration of this wonderful and very striking Strawberry and Cava Cocktail with Thermomix, you must first remove the skin of the lemon, as well as remove the white part and the seeds, cut it into pieces.
Likewise, wash, remove the stalk and cut the strawberries into pieces.
