Brussels Sprouts in Air Fryer
🥦 300 g Brussels sprouts (fresh or frozen)
🧂 Salt to taste
🌶 Freshly ground black pepper
🍯 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
🥄 1 tablespoon soy sauce
🫒 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
🧄 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
🌰 Toasted nuts (optional, to serve)
If they are fresh: wash, remove damaged outer leaves and cut in half (or leave them whole as you prefer).
If they are frozen: cooking 5 minutes at 180 ºC in the air fryer without seasoning.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and set aside.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, Honey, olive oil and garlic powder until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the dressing over the sprouts and stir well to infuse them with flavor.
Place the sprouts in the fryer bowl without crowding them.
Program to 180 ºC for 15-20 minutes.
Every 5 minutes, shake the bucket and check the browning. Adjust the time according to your air fryer model and the desired crispiness.
Remove when they are golden on the outside and tender on the inside.
Sprinkle with roasted nuts if you want an extra crunchy texture.
