When you have all these ingredients, follow the steps we indicate:
The first thing will be to make the rolls. To do this, add the dry yeast, sugar and warm water to the robot glass. Program to
speed 3/8 seconds.
Then, let the dough rest for about 5 minutes.
After that time, add the yeast, flour, salt and oil to the robot. Program to
speed 6/8 seconds.
Then, program
spike speed / 10 minutes.
Pour the table into a bowl and let it rest for 45 minutes.
After that time, shape the buns. To do this, make balls of about 17 centimeters. Then flatten them into a circle and place some baking paper over half of each circle and fold it.
Place the rolls on the Varoma trays with a little separation. Put those in the robot and add the additional water to the Thermomix glass. Program to
speed 4 / Varoma temperature / 30 minutes.
All that remains is to serve them accompanied by the filling ingredients.
