Ingredients for Greek yogurt mousse with Thermomix
- 405 grams of very cold whipping cream
- 4 Greek yogurts
- 152 grams of sugar
- 305 grams of cheese spread
- Jam, whichever you prefer
Preparation of Greek yogurt mousse with Thermomix
- Put on your apron and follow my instructions:
- Put the butterfly on the robot.
- Add the sugar and cheese to the glass. Program to
- speed 2/2 minutes.
- Add the cream now and program
- speed 4 / 20 seconds.
- Add the yogurts and mix everything well
- speed 2 / 10 seconds.
- Pour a little jam into each glass in which you are going to serve the dessert and then do the same with the mousse that you have in the robot glass. Place the aforementioned glasses in the refrigerator and keep them there for 2 to 3 hours before serving them.
