Ingredients of Chocolate nougat cake with thermomix
210 gr chocolate nougat
5 eggs
230 gr sugar
2 plain unsweetened Greek yogurts
140 ml sunflower oil
310 gr flour
35 g pure cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
1 on chemical yeast (Royal type)
Preparation of chocolate nougat cake with thermomix
We start by sifting the dry ingredients (flour, yeast, cocoa and salt),

Set aside and reserve
Now we pulverize the nougat, place it in the glass in pieces,

We place the butterfly on blades and add the eggs and sugar,
4 minutes / 37°C / speed 3.5
Then, same time and speed but no temperature.
We add the yogurts and oil,

We remove the butterfly and add the reserved dry ingredients and the nougat,
10 seconds / speed 6
We grease the mold and pour the dough.
We tap lightly against the table to remove any air bubbles.
Oven previously preheated to 180°, heat up and down. Bake for about 40/45 minutes / after checking the toothpick, it comes out clean
We turn off and remove to cool on a rack.
When 20 minutes have passed / we unmold and finish cooling on a rack.
