300 grams of powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon almond extract
150 grams dried cranberries, chopped
150 grams shelled pistachios, chopped
450 grams of white chocolate, chopped

Preparation of Cream Cheese:

Start by placing the cream cheese in the Thermomix glass and beat for
20 seconds / speed 4,
or until smooth and creamy.
Mixture of Dry Ingredients and Essences: Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract and almond extract to the glass and mix for
20 seconds / speed 4,
until well combined.
Incorporation of Blueberries and Pistachios: Add the chopped cranberries and pistachios to the glass and mix for
