CAKE PREPARATION;

1. Preheat the oven to 170°C / heat up and down
2. Sift the flour, cocoa, soluble coffee and yeast,

MOUSSE ELABORATION;

1. Hydrate the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes / then drain it and add it to the freshly made coffee, put it in the glass,

5. Withdraw and reserve.
6. Wash and dry the glass well, introduce the sugar and pulverize,

CAKE ASSEMBLY
