Preparation of Chocolate Cake and biscuit, grandma’s cake with thermomix

1. We put the milk, cinnamon and vanilla in our Thermomix bowl, if we are going to add cognac it is time (if it is for a children’s birthday we do without the cognac)
2. We program 4 minutes, 90, left turn, spoon speed
3. We reserve in a bowl while we make the creams.
4. for the vanilla cream
5. We put in the glass, all the ingredients for the vanilla cream, milk, 1 egg, cornstarch or flour, butter, sugar and vanilla sugar
6. We program 20 seconds speed 5
7. we put the butterfly and
8. schedule 10 min. 90º, vel.2. (There should be a thick cream left, if it is not yet dense, give it a little more time and temperature).
9. We reserve
10. for the chocolate cream
11. without washing the glass, we put all the ingredients of the chocolate cream, egg milk, sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and butter and
12. we program 20 seconds vel.5.
13. we put the butterfly and
14. We program 10 minutes, 90º, speed 2.
15. (There should be a thick cream left, if not yet, give it a little more time and temperature)
16. We assemble the cake
17. we submerge biscuit by biscuit in milk (2 seconds per biscuit so that it does not break) and we put the biscuits in a mold making the whole base
18. spread half vanilla cream
19. Another layer of cookies same as above
20. spread half cocoa cream
21. Another layer of cookies same as above
22. the other half of the vanilla cream
23. Another layer of cookies same as above
24. the other half of the cocoa cream
25. We do the coverage
26. We put in the glass liquid cream and chocolate
27. 3 minutes 50º, speed 2
28. and cover the cake with them and put it in the fridge for at least 6 hours
