• To prepare about six glasses of this cocktail you need to have the following products:
• Half a kilogram of watermelon, from which you have to remove both the seeds and the shell.
• Juice of half a lemon.
• 150 millilitres of white rum.
• 500 grams of crushed ice.

• 60 - 70 grams of sugar.

Instructions

1. Once you have all those ingredients in the kitchen, it's time to start making the watermelon daiquiri. And the process is really quick and easy, it doesn't require any effort. Because basically all you have to do is put all the ingredients in the Thermomix glass.
2. Then what you have to do is program the robot at a progressive speed 5 - 7 - 10 for about 15 seconds.
