306 grams of water
72 grams of olive oil
1 tablespoon of salt
26 grams of fresh pressed yeast
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Pour the yeast, water and oil into the robot’s glass. Program a
speed 2 / 37º / 2 minutes.
Then add the salt and flour. Program a
spike speed / 2 minutes.
Let the dough rest for an hour. After that time, with a spatula, lower the dough to the bottom of the glass and program to

Take the dough out of the glass and make six balls with it. Place them on a baking tray, lined with greaseproof paper, and sprinkle a little flour on top. Keep them like this for about 10 minutes.
After that time, put the tray in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there for 18 minutes at 240º.
