100 grams ofcarrot
100 grams ofpepper
700 grams of water.
100 grams ofmushrooms
50 grams of olive oil.
Salt to taste.
Preparation of Vegetables with quinoa in the Thermomix
After acquiring all these products,start the elaboration following these steps:
Proceed to chop the mushrooms,peppers,carrot and onion after having peeled and cleaned them properly.Reserve them.
Pour the water,quinoa and salt into the robot glass.Then program that one tospoon speed/turn to the left/temperature 100º/20 minutes.
Then,with the help of the basket,drain the quinoa and pour it into a bowl.
