Air Fryer Tuna Cakes Ingredients
2 large eggs
4 cans of canned tuna
Salt and ground pepper to taste
The zest of half a lemon
Grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
66 grams of breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon of fine herbs
3 tablespoons chopped tomato
Half chopped onion

Preparation of tuna cakes in an air fryer
At the moment you gather all these ingredients in the kitchen, follow the steps that we indicate:
In a bowl, mix the pepper, salt, eggs, zest, cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, fine herbs, tomato and onion. Then add the drained tuna and mix everything well.
With the resulting dough, shape some cakes with the size you want.
