Ingredients
500 grams of flour
30 grams of fresh pressed yeast
100 grams of sugar
4 eggs
100 grams of milk
5 grams of salt
70 grams of lard
Preparation
To start the recipe, we beat an egg, put half of it in our Thermomix bowl, and reserve the other half.
Add the rest of the eggs, flour, yeast, milk, 70 grams of sugar and salt to the glass and knead

and we are adding the butter in pieces by the mouth
remove the jar and let rest for 1 hour in the same glass until the dough doubles in size
Sprinkle flour on the counter or where we are going to work and put the dough there
We knead a few minutes with our hands and divide the dough into two parts and make balls
Place each ball on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and let the dough continue to gain volume, leaving it to rest for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 220º
Bake a ball of dough
4 minutes at 220º.
Remove the ball from the oven and brush with the reserved beaten egg.
Sprinkle over with sugar (30gr).
We put in the oven again and bake 6-7 more minutes (it has to be well browned).
Remove from oven and let cool on rack. Repeat the baking process with the other dough.
