405 grams of canned crushed tomatoes
52 grams of tomato puree
2 chopped leeks
26 grams of oil
1 teaspoon vegetable broth powder
Pepper
202 grams of sour cream
305 grams of cherry tomatoes
3 slices of vegan cheese
Aromatic herbs
2 or 3 packages of meatballs stuffed with vegetables
Preparation of tomato and leek stew with Thermomix
When you gather all these products, put on your apron and follow my steps:
Add the leeks to the robot’s glass and program
speed 5/10 seconds.
Now add the oil and program at
speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 5 minutes.
Next, add the vegetable broth, tomatoes, pepper, tomato puree and sour cream. Start the robot
speed 1 / 90º / 10 minutes.
Add the cherry tomatoes and mix everything well.
In a baking dish, place the meatballs and pour the contents of the Thermomix glass over them. Then, place the chopped cheese on top.
Place the dish in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there at
180º / 25 minutes.
All that remains is to plate it, placing aromatic herbs on top to taste.
