11 Toffiffee
250 g quark cheese
100 g cream cheese
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
1 spoon of sugar
4 Toffifee to decorate

Place the shortbread cookies and 11 Toffifee in the Thermomix glass and blend for 25 seconds at speed 5.5.
Add the butter and program 3 minutes and 30 seconds at 85°C on speed 2.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and clean the Thermomix glass.
