Ingredients of thermomix vegetable fideua
250 grams of fideua noodles
2 cloves of garlic
1 medium onion
1 medium green bell pepper
30 grams of olive oil
1 medium red bell pepper
1 bunch of green asparagus cut into pieces and without the hard part
50 grams of frozen peas
100 grams of sliced mushrooms
1 ripe tomato in small pieces
800 grams of water

1 aubergines and 1 medium zucchini (optional)

Preparation of thermomix vegetable fideua
Chop the vegetables in the thermomix, add the onion, the garlic cloves, the peppers cut into pieces in the glass, program.
Once the vegetables are cooked and the stock cube is diluted, add the noodles and peas, program.

Depending on the brand, the cooking of the noodles may vary, if at the end of this time you feel that a little more cooking is missing, program a few more minutes.
