Ingredients
350 grams of dulce de leche
4 eggs
400 grams of whipping cream
125 grams of flour
150 grams of icing sugar
A little bit of salt
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Put the butterfly on the blades and pour into the glass as much 135 grams of sugar as the eggs. Program a
speed 3 ½ / 37º / 5 minutes.
Then reprogram to
speed 3 ½ / 5 minutes.
Then add the flour and salt. Put the robot to work
speed 2/15 seconds.
Take a baking tray, put greaseproof paper on it and spread the contents of the robot’s glass on it, giving it a rectangular shape. Put the tray in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there for about 8 minutes at 180º.
Meanwhile, put the butterfly back on the blades, pour the cream to mount it in the glass, once clean, and program, without time, to
speed 3.
Take the tray out of the oven and add the dulce de leche to the dough and then the whipped cream on top.
Now all you have to do is roll up the aforementioned dough to shape the arm and, finally, pour over what is left of icing sugar.
