Depending on the region, this dessert is prepared in one way or another, the ingredients vary very little, but what they do have in common is that it is a wonderful dessert and very easy to prepare.

120 grams of flour
170 grams of sugar
50 grams of oil
40 grams of sweet anise
Peel of 1 lemon or orange, without white skin.
1 pinch of salt
1000 grams of milk
ground cinnamon to taste

Preparation of sweet porridge with thermomix
Carefully place the butterfly on the blades of the Thermomix bowl. Add to the glass the measure of oil and the lemon or orange skin to fry, program.

Remove the shells very carefully.
Immediately place the flour to toast, program.
4 minutes / Temperature 100° / Speed 2
Add the sugar, milk and a pinch of salt, program.
20 minutes / 100° / Speed 4
Pay attention to the time, since just with 3 minutes left to finish cooking you should add the sweet anise or matalahúva.
The result will be a homogeneous mixture, very smooth and full of bubbles, due to the air resulting from the shake. They will disappear once the mixture rests
Finally, beat the mixture programe.

Without waiting, place the mixture in the container you want to use for plating, preferably clay bowls, or individual or family-sized flan bowls.
And if you want before serving, fry some squares of bread and place them on top of the mixture in the molds or in the containers where you are going to serve them.
There are those who let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Others prefer to eat it hot and others at a lukewarm temperature. Either way, it tastes great.
To decorate there are endless possibilities, one of them is to sprinkle cinnamon powder along with the toasted bread cubes, you can also add toasted sliced almonds, among other things.
