Quick Apple Juice ingredients with thermomix

  • 4 apples
  • 1 lemon (in juice)
  • 1 liter of water
  • 100 grams of sugar

Quick Apple Juice preparation with thermomix

  2. We put the water in our Thermomix bowl, along with the sugar and program
  3. 10 minutes / 100ºC / speed 1
  4. while we put the peeled and cut apples in a bowl together with the lemon juice
  5. when the water finishes boiling we put it together with the apples and the lemon and we return to program to crush
  6. 1 minute / speed 10
  7. we put everything in a jar and put it in the fridge to cool down and our juice will be ready and delicious
