Ingredients
1 boneless and clean chicken.
50 grams of dried apricots.
60 grams of plums.
1 truffle.
50 grams of pine nuts.
60 grams of raisins.
170 grams of onion.
1 glass of cognac.
1 apple.
Olive oil and salt to taste.
Preparation
When you have gathered all these ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Chop the dried apricots and plums and then mix them with the raisins in a bowl. To this you will pour the cognac and leave it like that for two or three hours.
Put the onion in the robot glass and program
speed 5 / 1 minute.
With the help of a spatula lower the remains of the walls of the glass and return to programming to
speed 1 / 10 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the glass and program to
spoon speed / left turn / 5 minutes.
You have to put the entire contents of the glass inside the chicken, which you will place on a tray. Then sew up the hole in the chicken to prevent the stuffing from coming out.
On top, add a splash of olive oil and a little salt. Do the same with the contents of the bowl you had reserved.
