1 beef stock cube
12 aubergines
205 grams of milk
Water
2 eggs
2 large garlic
Bread crumbs
Salt and ground pepper to taste
57 grams of wheat flour
27 grams of butter
1 kilo of minced meat
210 grams of onion in quarters
2 teaspoons dried oregano
42 grams of olive oil
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Start with the aubergines. To do this, cut them in half and each one of them make a few cuts in the pulp. Then boil them in a pot with water and salt for about 15-20 minutes.
After that time, remove them from the pot, drain them and remove the pulp, which you will reserve. Reserve the rest of the aubergines on the other side.
Then add the pulp of the aubergines to the glass. Program a
speed 4/4 seconds.
Reservation.
Pour garlic, oil, butter and onion into the glass. Put the robot to work
speed 5/3 seconds.
Then reprogram to
speed 1 / 120º / 10 minutes.
Add the crumbled pill, parsley, meat, oregano, pepper and thyme. Program a
speed 1 / reverse turn / 100º / 10 minutes.
Move everything well with a spatula and put the robot back to work at

Next, fill the aubergines with this mixture, add breadcrumbs and a drizzle of oil. Then, place them on a baking tray and put it in the oven, previously preheated. Keep it there for about 23 minutes at 200º and grill.
