
Squid Strips in Tempura with Thermomix
We wash the squid rings well, open them and cut them into strips according to their thickness. We dry perfectly with kitchen paper and add a pinch of salt. We reserve.
For the tempura, we put the cold liquids (water and milk) in the glass first and then the dry ingredients (flour, yeast and salt). We mix 10 seconds at speed 5.
We pour the mixture into a bowl.
We heat plenty of oil in a frying pan. We pass the squid strips through the tempura, drain the excess and fry in batches. We turn so that they brown evenly.
We remove and let it drain on kitchen paper before serving.
