Ingredients
350 grams of spaghetti-type pasta
600 grams of slimy clams or the type you prefer
3 peeled garlic cloves
1,500 grams of water
1 bunch of parsley
30 grams of olive oil
300 grams of fish broth or fumet (Or water and ½ pill of broth)
1 tablespoon of flour approximately 15 grams
75 grams of white wine
1 bay leaf
1 pinch of food coloring or saffron
A little ground white pepper

Preparation
1 hour or 30 minutes prior to preparation, in a bowl with plenty of water and a little salt, pour the clams to loosen the sand and any residue.
Now, start by adding the garlic cloves and the bunch of parsley in the glass of the thermomix, program.
5 seconds / Speed 5.
With the help of a spoon or spatula, lower the remains of garlic and parsley that have adhered to the walls of the Thermomix bowl, then pour a little oil and fry, program.
