- 100ml milk
- pinch of salt
- 60 ml sunflower oil
CARAMEL INGREDIENTS
- 150 ml cream (to mount)
- 150 grams sugar
- 50 grams butter
- pinch of salt
- 100 grams peanuts (lightly split)
CREAM INGREDIENTS
- 450 grams cream cheese
- 300 ml cream (to mount)
- 30 grams icing sugar
- 1 on vanilla sugar (about 8 gr)
INGREDIENTS COVERAGE
- 75 ml cream (to mount)
- 195 grams dark chocolate (of the percentage of cocoa of your preference; I have used 72%)
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- 40 grams peanuts (lightly split)
