Ingredients of Rum Cream with Thermomix
- 200 grams of rum
- 200 grams of milk
- 30 grams dark chocolate
- 20 grams milk chocolate
- 130 grams of sugar
- 200 grams of cream
- 1 egg
Preparation of Rum Cream with Thermomix
- The first thing we put in our Thermomix bowl is the dark chocolate, the milk chocolate and the sugar and we pulverize it
- 10 seconds / speed 10
- Then add the egg and cream and program again
- 10 seconds / speed 10
- Once finished we program
- 5 minutes / 90º / speed 3
- Finally we reprogram
- 4 minutes / 90º / speed 3
