Ingredients
200 grams of quinoa beans
160 grams of green beans laminated
10 grams of vinegar
Canned tuna
160 grams of chives
42 grams of olive oil
800 grams of water
Salt to taste
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Add the chives to the glass and program to
speed 5/5 seconds.
Reserve it.
Add the water, 12 grams of oil and salt. Place the basket in the robot and put the quinoa in it. While also put the Varoma tray in the Thermomix and in this will be the beans with a little salt. Program a
speed 4 / 100º / 20 minutes.
Remove the Varoma and put the beans in a container.
