Ingredients for Potato salad with salmon and avocado
200 grams of fresh salmon
150 grams of smoked salmon
1000 grams of water
2 potatoes
1 avocado
2 eggs
juice of a lemon
1 spring onion
50 grams of vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
120 grams of extra virgin olive oil
10 lettuce leaves
100 grams of salmon roe
Preparation of potato salad with salmon and avocado
To start preparing this delicious potato salad with salmon and avocado, pour the measure of water into the thermomix glass and program.
8 minutes / Temperature 100° / Speed 1.
Once the water is hot, place the basket inside the thermomix glass, insert the eggs, also place the Varoma container in its position with the peeled and diced potatoes. Cover the Varoma and program.
25 minutes / Varoma temperature / Speed 1.
While the programmed time elapses, pour the fresh salmon into a bowl with the lemon juice and leave to marinate.
And once the programmed time has elapsed, remove the varoma container and carefully remove the basket, let the eggs and boiled potatoes cool for a few minutes.
When the eggs have a temperature where you can handle them, remove the shells and pour the hard-boiled eggs into the thermomix glass, clean and dry, program.

Pour the crushed eggs into a bowl or salad bowl, add the boiled potatoes, lemon-marinated salmon, as well as smoked salmon and diced avocado. Refrigerate for a few minutes.
