252 grams of quark cheese
380 grams of cooked and peeled potatoes
92 grams of spelled flour
1 egg
a pinch of salt

Preparation of potato and cheese pancakes with Thermomix

As soon as you have these ingredients in the kitchen, put on your apron and follow these steps:
