Ingredients for gluten-free pancakes with thermomix
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 200 grams of milk
- 200 grams of gluten-free flour
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 3 level teaspoons of yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation of gluten-free pancakes with thermomix
- Put the eggs, milk, sugar, oil and salt in the glass. We mix
- 10 seconds / speed 5
- Add the flour and yeast and mix
- 15 seconds / speed 5
- Let the dough rest in the fridge. 10 minutes to half an hour.
- We cook the pancakes in a non-stick pan and serve with syrup (maple, strawberry, chocolate…) and garnish (or not) with fruit.
