Panini ingredients with thermomix
2 ciabatta breads or a rosette(it can be a baguette)
½Kg.crushed natural tomato.
1 garlic.
¼cup of olive oil.
1 small onion.
1 teaspoon of sugar.
Salt,pepper and oregano to taste
150 grams of bacon cut into thin strips
100 grams of mozzarella cheese
Preparation of paninis with thermomix
In a very hot frying pan,fry the thin strips of bacon until they are golden and crispy,remove from the heat and place them on a plate with absorbent paper,reserve.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In the glass of the Thermomix crush the onion chopped into pieces and the garlic.

Then add the olive oil

Immediately Add the tomato,sugar,salt,pepper and oregano,program

And the mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
