BASE
240 grams oreo cookies
80 grams butter (melted)
CHESSECAKE
400 grams cream cheese
150 grams sugar
300 ml cream (to mount)
Vanilla
125 grams oreo cookies
5 sheets neutral gelatin
DECOR
150 ml cream (to mount)
20 grams icing sugar
16 oreo cookies
Preparation of Oreo Cheesecake with thermomix
BASE
Cookies in the glass,
10 seconds / speed 8
Transfer to a bowl and add the melted butter.
We mix.
Fill the cavities, reserve in the fridge
CHESSECAKE
We put to hydrate the gelatin in cold water (8/10 min)
Place the butterfly in blades, cream the cheese (it must be cold from the fridge), along with the sugar, the biscuit filling and essence,

Add 200 ml of cream,
we ride at speed 3’5
With the remaining 100 ml of cream, heat it for a few seconds in the microwave. Drain the gelatin and add it to the hot cream.
We remove until we disintegrate.
Now we take a few tablespoons of the cream that we have in the glass and pour them over the melted gelatin, mix (we will do this step to equalize the temperature and the cream does not cut or appear lumps of gelatin), once this is done, we overturn the glass and add the cookies, slightly split. Mix with the spatula.
Fill in pastry bag
Take the bases out of the fridge and cover the cavities of the molds.
We take to the fridge about 6 hours or all night.
After the time, we unmold and decorate with the whipped cream and the cookies
