Ingredients of orange popsicles with pieces of fruit with thermomix

150 grams of water
50 grams of sugar
3 strawberries in thin slices
1 – 2 kiwis, peeled, thinly sliced
8 raspberries
2 peeled oranges
10 grams of lemon juice

Preparation of orange popsicles with pieces of fruit with thermomix

we prepare and cut the strawberries and the kiwi into fine slices (we can put the fruits we want in fine pieces)
put the sugar in the Thermomix bowl and grind
5 seconds / speed 10
with the spatula we lower the remains stuck to the sides and add 50 grams of water and program
5 minutes / 100ºC / speed 2
while we put the pieces of fruit in the molds of the popsicles
then we add the peeled oranges, the lemon juice, the rest of the water to our Thermomix bowl and blend everything
1 minute / progressive speed 8-10
Divide the juice into the popsicle molds and reserve in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours. then they will be ready to drink
