157 grams of Nutella
250 grams of mascarpone
3 eggs
66 grams of milk
1 envelope of vanilla sugar
76 grams of brown sugar
20 cookies
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
In the glass of the robot add the Nutella and program to
speed 2 / 50º / 4 minutes.
Then reprogram to
speed 4/15 seconds.
Reservation.
Put the cookies in the glass and put the robot to work
speed 6/10 seconds.
Reservation.
Put the Thermomix in the whisk and pour the whites into the glass. Bat
speed 3 ½ / 4 minutes.
Pour the whites into a container and set them aside.
Now add the yolks, the vanilla sugar and the brown sugar. Program a
speed 4/5 minutes.
Then go back to programming, adding the mascarpone little by little, to
speed 3/2 minutes.
Take the whites and put the robot to work
speed 2/40 seconds.
Now in a mold or tray for a layer of cookies, on top of that one with mascarpone cream, one with Nutella and another with mascarpone cream.
Put that tray or mold in the fridge and keep it there for at least four hours.
