Milka caramel and hazelnut chocolate liqueur with Thermomix

From time to time I like to innovate with the thermomix and try to invent something rich, one day doing homemade dances, it occurred to me that because I did not try to make a cream or liquor with my favorite chocolate.

And after several attempts to improve a little here and a little there I came up with the definitive recipe that we can say is ours because no one has done anything similar with our favorite chocolate since then apart from having a shot from time to time I give it away a lot when I go home to friends and it has become a classic and if I do not take it.

Ingredients

  • 60 grams of sugar
  • 130 grams chocolate milka of caramel and hazelnut
  • 300 grams of milk
  • 200 grams of cream
  • 1 egg
  • 200 grams of vodka

Instructions

  1. We start by putting the sugar and chocolate in our thermomix glass and pulverize 15 seconds / speed 10
  2. We pass the spatula through the walls if we have stuck pieces and put them to the bottom of our glass Add the egg, milk, cream or cream and program 5 minutes / 80 º C / speed 2
  3. Then put the vodka and program 4 minutes / 80 º C / speed 2
