Ingredients

  • 300 g of frozen kiwi
  • 30 grams of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 egg white

Preparation

    Before starting this recipe we must have the frozen kiwis

    1. peel the kiwis and cut them into slices and freeze them
    2. To start our recipe we will put the sugar in our Thermomix bowl and pulverize it
    3. 10 seconds / speed 9
    4. Add the frozen kiwis and lemon juice and blend
    5. 40 seconds / progressive speed 6-10
