1.5 liters of milk (can be made with any type of milk)
100 grams of sugar
2 Actimel of purchase (the first time you do it) or the measure of 2 Actimel of purchase of those that we have already made for the rest of the times

We put the milk and sugar in our Thermomix bowl and program 6 minutes 50º at speed 3
Add the actimel and program 1 minute speed 3
We cover our Thermomix bowl with the lid and the beaker and put a blanket on top and let it rest for 8-10 hours
Once rested we program 1 minute speed 3 and it is ready to drink
We put the milk and sugar in our Thermomix bowl and program 6 minutes 50º at speed 3
Add the actimel and program 1 minute speed 3
