Here we bring you a recipe for guacamole but with a different point, ideal for certain dishes for this Christmas that it is a guacamole sauce but this time we add some grapes that will give it a truly special touch.

Ingredients for guacamole with grapes with Thermomix

3 large, ripe avocados
15 grapes
1 spring onion or onion
Juice of a large lemon
1 small cayenne pepper
A little cilantro (if we don’t have it, we can use parsley)
a pinch of salt

Preparation of guacamole with grapes with Thermomix

The first thing we are going to do is chop the coriander ( if we did not have it we can use parsley ) , place it in the Thermomix glass and chop
4 seconds / speed 5
add the spring onion and the grapes, the cayenne pepper and chop
6 seconds / speed 4
we remove and put a bowl
without having to wash the glass, add the already peeled avocados, the lemon juice, a pinch of salt and chop again
6 seconds / speed 4
we add back what we had removed in the bowl and mix it all up again
20 seconds / speed 3
and our guacamole with grapes will be ready
