Every 1st of November is celebrated in our country (Spain) All Saints’ Day. It is a very special and emotional date, which, like many others, is associated with different culinary dishes.
Thus, for example, in many corners of Spain it is typical to eat that day the recipe that we are going to teach you. We are referring to the porridge recipe with the Thermomix.
Although there are various theories about its origin, what is certain is that there is evidence of them from Al-Andalus.
What do you need to have in the kitchen to prepare this dessert? The next products:
120 grams of flour.
100 grams of sugar.
1 tablespoon of matalauva.
60 grams of olive oil.
800 grams of milk
Cinnamon.
200 grams of water.
Grated lemon half.
Once you have managed to gather all these ingredients, it is time to make the porridge following these simple steps:
The first thing that is going to be done is to pour the matalauva and the oil into the glass of the Thermomix. It will be programmed
5 minutes / Speed 1 / Temperature varoma.
After that time, the result will be filtered.
Then the flour will be added to the glass to proceed to its golden brown. For this the robot will be programmed
5 minutes / Speed 2 / Temperature 100 °
Then, the rest of the ingredients will be added with the exception of cinnamon. The Thermomix will be put
10 minutes / Speed 4 / Temperature 90 °
After that time, it will be checked as is and will be rescheduled
4 minutes / Speed 4 / Temperature 100 °
Finally, what will remain is serving the porridge in the different bowls. Cinnamon powder and, if desired, small bread croutons will be added.
