Ingredients
- 600 grams green beans
- 1 clove garlic
- 200 grams milk
- oregano, cumin, ginger
- salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- 2 eggs
- A few strips of ham
Preparation
- To start we put in our Thermomix bowl 1 liter of water, salt and the cut and clean beans and program
- 25 minutes / 100ºC / reverse rotation / spoon speed
- remove and drain the beans and put them back in the Thermomix bowl, add the clove of garlic, oregano, cumin and ginger and a splash of olive oil and program
- 20 seconds / speed 5
- Add the milk and program
- 30 seconds / speed 10
