600 grams green beans
1 clove garlic
200 grams milk
oregano, cumin, ginger
salt and pepper
Olive oil
2 eggs
A few strips of ham
Preparation
To start we put in our Thermomix bowl 1 liter of water, salt and the cut and clean beans and program
We remove and drain the beans and put them back in the Thermomix bowl, add the garlic clove, oregano, cumin and ginger and a drizzle of olive oil and program

We put the cream on the plates and on top we put some toasted pieces of Iberian ham cut very very finely
