150 grams of dried chickpeas
8 tablespoons of fried tomato
500 grams of carrot
½ teaspoon dried Herbes de Provence
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 splash of oil
1 zucchini
1 spring onion
250 grams of mozzarella cheese
80 grams of pitted green olives
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Preparation of gluten-free vegetarian pizza with thermomix
To begin the preparation of this wonderful gluten-free vegetarian pizza with thermomix, arrange the ingredients in an organized manner, preheat the oven to 180°C and place baking paper or non-stick paper on an oven tray, brush with olive oil and set aside.
Then, pour the dried chickpeas into the Thermomix bowl and program.
30 seconds / Speed 10.
You will get a chickpea flour, remove to a container and reserve.
Again in the glass of the thermomix add the carrot cut into pieces and program.
