Now add the flour and a pinch of salt and program
6 seconds / speed 4
When finished, we schedule
1 minute / spike speed
We remove the dough from the glass and put it on a floured surface and knead it with our hands for a few minutes to remove all the air.
We leave it in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
Now we can prepare the cocas: make some balls and knead them with the rolling pin so that they are as thin as possible.
We arrange them in the tray for the oven to which we will have put parchment paper and on top of each one we throw a splash of anise and then a good splash of oil.
