Ingredients
- To prepare this soup that we are concerned with, what you need, in addition to your food processor, are the following products:
- 1 or 2 cloves of garlic.
- 1 kilo of tomatoes.
- 200 grams of water.
- 2 or 3 cucumbers.
- Olive oil.
- Salt.
- Vinegar.
- In addition to the above mentioned foods, if you like you can also add some bread as well as onions or peppers.
Instructions
- Put on your apron, place all the ingredients around your Thermomix and get ready to make the recipe:
- Start by peeling the tomatoes, garlic, and cucumbers.
- Then pour the tomatoes, garlic, cucumbers, vinegar and salt into the glass.
- Then set it at full speed 5 for about 30 seconds.
- Then add the olive oil and give it a simple turbo boost.
- The next step is to add the water to mix everything, five seconds, at speed 3.
- Finally, what will be left is to pour the result achieved in a container and put it in the fridge so that it is fresh when you are going to serve it.
