300 grams of peaches
2 slices of Iberian ham
1 liter of chicken broth
60 grams of cream
90 grams of onion
60 grams of virgin olive oil
100 grams of potatoes
100 grams of onions
100 grams of leeks (only the white part)
a pinch of salt
Preparation of Gazpacho or peach cream with crispy Ham with thermomix
Put the onion and leek in our Thermomix bowl and chop

Add the peeled peaches, the diced potatoes and the chicken broth and program

add the cream and salt and blend everything
