Preparation
Begin the preparation of these Florentine eggs by placing the spinach at the bottom of the varoma container and the water in the Thermomix bowl, program.
14 minutes / Varoma temperature / Speed 3.
Remove the spinach from the varoma container and reserve, draining on the varoma lid and then dry the Thermomix bowl well.
Continue chopping the garlic into slices and pour them into the Thermomix bowl together with the butter, program.
8 minutes / Varoma temperature / Spoon speed.
